When will my order ship?

We process our orders within one business day. (We do not ship on weekends and holidays) Please view rates and cut off times here.

Why was my order delayed?

We make sure to ship the order the same day; however, we have cut-off times for all orders after 1PM EST, Monday thru Friday. Carrier delays may occur for reasons out of our control, like weather conditions, emergencies, or courier issues.

How do I track my package once it has been shipped?

Once your package is shipped, we will send you an email with a confirmation of your shipment. The email will provide you with the tracking number for your package and a link to the shipping carrier’s website.

My tracking says delivered, but I haven't received it yet.

Please check your neighbors or anyone that was home at the time the package was supposed to arrive. If you still do not have your package, please contact the postal company that delivered the package. Create a case with them; once you have an inquiry

Can I request a refund when my order is in transit?

Unfortunately, we cannot grant a refund for a package that is still in transit. However, you can reach out to the carrier to create a case.

Tracking is saying my package is returning to sender; how come?

The reasons why a package can be returned to the sender are because the address was incorrect or the address was not found. If that is the case, please reach out to us, and we can see if we can reship the package back to you once we confirm the addre
